I found the info. You do not need a passport for a one way flight, just a Nat. ID Car or Birth Cert.

Hello, I have a friend I am trying to help ASAP. He is a Guatamalen in the USA illegally. His father died, and he wants to return ASAP for the funeral. One way ticket, LAX to Guatemala. No plan to return. Can he do this? Can he buy a plane ticket without a passport? I think he has a form of Guatemalan photo ID. Help me get this guy to see his father one last time… thanks

Things have really changed in the last 3o years. When I used to climb Pacaya it was mostly dormant, just venting gas and steam. We would park at the edge of a dirt road and climb the tiny little track up the mountainside.

If you are a natural US citizen then what you need to do is to first get married, then you’ll have to hire an attorney and start a residence petition for your husband. If he is in Guatemala you have to go there and marry him there. Don’t let him come to US illegally because that’s just going to delay the process and he may need to go back to his country and wait there for his papers to come. The whole process will take from 6 months to a year, but typically it takes 6 months! You’ll have to present prof of your marriage, you’ll have to convice the immigration officer that your marriage is real and if everything goes OK he’ll get first his worker permitt and then his green card. After 2 years of holding the green card he can apply for a citizenship but for him to apply for the citizenship you’ll have to stay together as a couple.

Hi i am indian living in punjab and holding a indian passport want to go Gautemala for tourism purpose.Some people says that there is no visa for indian national from april onward.Kindly tell me the right guidance.
